Overview

Summary

The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide various community services through a competitive contract award process. Proposed services shall qualify as care and maintenance of the sick and indigent . Award will be for a Single Term contract for a term of one (1) year .

Pre-Proposal Meeting #1 (Non-Mandatory):

February 25, 2025, 10:00am

A non-mandatory meeting will be held for all potential proposers. Attendance is not required, but strongly encouraged in order to ensure proposal submission requirements are met.

Meeting will be held at the Lea County Event Center, 5101 N. Lovington Hwy, Hobbs, NM. Guests should use the front door entrance and follow signage inside.

*There will be two opportunities to attend, attendance at both is not necessary.*

February 27, 2025, 2:00pm
