The Work consists of modernizing (4) elevators in two (2) existing buildings (Courthouse and Jail West) and bringing those elevators up to current codes. Location of the project is 4309 E. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23228 and 4317 E. Parham Road, Henrico, VA 23228.
