Teepee Creek Fire Station
The Work for this Contract comprises the following:
1. Construct a new pre-engineered steel Fire Station located in Teepee Creek, Alberta, for the County of Grande Prairie No. 1, as per the contract documents.
2. Construct new yard including gravel, asphalt, concrete aprons, pads, sidewalks, and fencing, etc., as per the drawings.
3. Provide lot grading including fire pond and finished grades, as per the drawings.
4. Construct new approach, as per the drawings.
5. Provide electrical requirements from the existing overhead power line.
6. Provide natural gas requirements from the existing line.
7. Install site servicing including new well and treatment, and new sewage holding tank, as per the drawings.
8. Provide new landscaping including artificial turf, as per the contract documents.

Work of the Project is being carried out under a single contract. General Contractor is responsible to coordinate all work.
Physical Limits: Work of the Contract includes all Work required by Contract Documents, both within the building and within the property lines.
The Engineering Consultant is: Beairsto & Associates Engineering Ltd.
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/05.
