2025 County Ditch Maintenance-Hourly Rates

LEGAL NOTICE

The Fulton County Commissioners will receive HOURLY RATE BIDS for labor and equipment commonly used in the performance of COUNTY DITCH MAINTENANCE activities to be completed in Fulton County, Ohio during the 2025 calendar year.  BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 9:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at the Fulton County Commissioner’s Office; 152 South Fulton Street, Suite 270; Wauseon, Ohio, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Proposals and Specifications may be obtained or examined at the office of Frank T. Onweller, Fulton County Engineer; 9120 County Road 14; Wauseon, OH 43567.

By a unanimous vote of the Board of Fulton County Commissioners, all requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code have been waived for these bids.

The Board of County Commissioners of Fulton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
