The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), is seeking applications from qualified citizens living in Cape Verde to provide services as a Country Program Coordinator (CPC) in Praia, Cape Verde under a Personal Services Contract (PSC), as described in the following solicitation: RFP-20341925R00001. This document describes the job of the Cape Verde CPC. Please read it carefully. This contract will be awarded for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods in accordance with the following Statement of Work (SOW) and the Contract Terms and Conditions. Option periods are not guaranteed and will be exercised at the discretion of the USADF based on the CPC's performance.

Questions shall be due on or before: 2:00pm EST (6:00pm CVT) Thursday, January 12, 2025.

Proposals/Applications shall be due on or before: 2:00pm EST (6:00pm CVT) Friday, January 17, 2025.
