COUNTRY LANE WOODS/GASCONY CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Manchester hereby gives notice that sealed bid proposals for the

2025 CHANNEL B CREEK IMPROVEMENTS – COUNTRY LANE WOODS/GASCONY will be received by the City of Manchester, Missouri, at the City Hall, 800 Second Street, until 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.

All bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and shall be clearly marked,

"2025 CHANNEL B CREEK IMPROVEMENTS – COUNTRY LANE WOODS/GASCONY".

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in bidding, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable or additional terms or prices, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City

Plans and specifications may be obtained from Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers Inc., 257 Chesterfield Business Center Drive, Chesterfield, MO 63005, (636)-530-9100.  A non­refundable fee will be charged.
