Council Rock School District Holland Middle School Building Signage Bid 26-37

Project Description: Prospective Bidders:
The Council Rock School District will receive sealed bids for the Holland Middle School Building Signage Project in the form of a SINGLE prime lump sum contract through PennBid no later than 10:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter.
A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Holland Middle School, 400 East Holland Road, Holland, PA 18966.
Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted by RFI format through PennBid. If additional information is required concerning these bids, contact Jessica Binda at Council Rock School District, 30 N Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940 or by phone at (215) 944-1000.
Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents. The Council Rock School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
