#26-28 CRHS South Wrestling Room Mat Replacement Project

Prospective Bidders:

The Council Rock School District will receive sealed bids for the Council Rock High School South Wrestling Room Mat Replacement Project in the form of a SINGLE prime lump sum contract through PennBid no later than 10:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud shortly thereafter.

A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Council Rock High School South, 2002 Rock Way, Holland, PA 18966.

Questions during the bidding process shall be submitted by RFI format through PennBid.  If additional information is required concerning these bids, contact Jessica Binda at Council Rock School District, 30 N Chancellor Street, Newtown, PA 18940 or by phone at (215) 944-1000.

Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents.  The Council Rock School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in any bid, to eliminate or reduce items or quantities, and exercise its judgment as to the comparative merit of the products and services offered.
