One-Two Sentences

This project includes the demolition of the Council Building, a three-level, 58,000 gross square foot building that was constructed in 1937. The project scope includes the capping of all associated utilities. The project will also include some site restoration of landscaping upon removal of the building. This project is funded through Advanced Planning. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
