REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS
Pursuant to Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code and other applicable law, the City of Bryan (the “City”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing aviation fuel for Coulter Airfield.
Electronic proposals Only – you may upload one (1) electronic response in the format
prescribed herein on our website at https://brazosbid.ionwave.net. Please note that the City is not responsible for high internet traffic/demand at or near the time the response package is due. City of Bryan (the “City”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing aviation fuel for Coulter Airfield.
SEALED Proposals for RFP #26-001 will be accepted until 3:00 PM CST, October 30, 2025 and publicly opened and read aloud via zoom (link below). Any Proposal received after the aforementioned closing time will be returned unopened. The proposal must be returned in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the respondent, proposal number and name on the outside of the envelope.
