City of Bryan (the “City”) is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing aviation fuel for Coulter Airfield.

SEALED Proposals for RFP #26-001 will be accepted until 3:00 PM CST, October 30, 2025 and publicly opened and read aloud via zoom (link below). Any Proposal received after the aforementioned closing time will be returned unopened. The proposal must be returned in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the respondent, proposal number and name on the outside of the envelope.
