Cottonwood and Winchester Mill and Overlay

Project Description: This project includes 2 schedules:
Schedule A (Cottonwood Street) - 2” rotomilling and placement of 2” bituminous concrete pavement. The total quantities are estimated at 307,090 SF of mill and 3,920 Tons of bituminous overlay. Also included are pedestrian ramp improvements, limited curb and gutter replacement and sidewalk/pedestrian improvements, and pavement striping. This project will require TRAX track access permits.
Schedule B (Winchester Street) -2” rotomilling and placement of 3” bituminous concrete pavement. The total quantities are estimated at 205,451 SF of mill and 3,852 Tons of bituminous overlay. Also included are bridge deck repair, pedestrian ramp improvements, limited curb and gutter replacement and sidewalk/pedestrian improvements, and pavement striping.
