Project Description: Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 10, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for a bidder to provide construction activities to the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of the existing culvert system and associated bridge structure. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Friday, March 27 at 10:00 AM at Cottonwood Creek Golf Course.
