Emerald People’s Utility District (EPUD) requests bids from companies interested in providing maintenance to its Cottage Grove substation located in Cottage Grove, OR.

ITB documents, contract terms, conditions and specifications may be obtained from the Contracts and Records Specialist by emailing cassie@epud.org.

Bidding may start 02/20/2025.

EMAILED bids shall be submitted to Cassie Stavros, Contracts and Records Specialist, before 12:00 PM PT on 03/20/2025. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and recorded. EPUD is not responsible for bids submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. Bids will not be accepted after this hour and date.

EPUD reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Invitation to Bid; and may reject any or all bids pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, 279C, or EPUD purchasing policy.
