The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612, is seeking information from a vendor capable of providing a lease of analyzers and Cost Per Test (CPT) Cost-Per-Test (CPT) autoimmune analyzer testing system, reagents, supplies, and consumables, capable of performing FDA-approved patient testing. CPT assays to include ANA; Vasculitis; Anti-CCP IgG; APLS IgA-IgG-IgM; EBV IgG-IgM; HSV ½; Celiac IgA-IgG; MMRV IgG; Syphilis Total & RPR; and Lyme. The applicable NAICS is 334516- Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing (1,000 Employees SBA Size Standard). Please provide information if you can support the needs of James A.
