The City of Del Mar (City) is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms (Consultants) to develop a comprehensive Cost Allocation Plan and a Comprehensive User Fee Study for the City. The purpose of this project is twofold. First, the City of Del Mar is looking to ensure that it is utilizing a comprehensive plan that accurately accounts for the true cost of providing various services within the City operations. Second, the City seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive user fee study to evaluate and update its fee structure and rates, enhance usability, and ensure alignment with current service delivery practices and legal requirements.
