INVITATION TO BID
Project Name: Cossatot River School District – Soccer Field Drainage and Irrigation APlus Project No.: 24-49
1. You are invited to bid on a Contract to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to Regrade and Irrigate the Soccer Field, 6330 US-71, Cove, Arkansas 71937. Bidders will be required to guarantee their prices for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
2. Pre-Bid Conference: Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Project Site.
3. Owner will receive bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, December 5, 2024. Bids may be mailed to: Superintendent, Cossatot River School District, 130 School Drive, Wickes, Arkansas 71973. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the time and date mentioned. Interested parties are invited to attend.
4. Contract documents may be examined at the plan rooms listed below:
Fort Smith Blueprint, 2001 Rogers Ave, Suite B, Fort Smith, AR 72901
5. A complete set of contract documents may be electronically obtained from the Architect at no cost. Contact Rachelle Riddle at Architecture Plus, Inc. by emailing rriddle@archplusinc.net and requesting such.
6. Obtaining contract documents through any source other than listed above, or his representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information, and the bidder runs the risk of basing bidder’s proposal on such information. The documents obtained through the Architect or his representative(s) are considered the official version and take precedence if any discrepancies occur.
7. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
8. Cossatot River School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before his bid is submitted unless the project is federally funded and therefore excepted by Ark. Code Ann. §17-25-315.
