Livingston County is soliciting proposals for a qualified cosmetologist to operate an established beauty shop located in the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation (“CNR”) at 11 Murray Hill Drive, Mount Morris, New York 14510.  Proposals will be received by Livingston County at the Livingston County Government Center, 6 Court St., Room 302, Geneseo, New York until 1:00p.m. October 23, 2025 in accordance with the proposal documents.
