Basement improvements in small commercial building under Corrective Action Plan (SMS#2022-5139): Demo and remove old metal equipment/tank, repair undermined foundation, replace damaged structural beam and columns, install 15-mil (min.) vapor barrier and sub-membrane depressurization system, and install spray polyurethane foam; optional exterior asphalt swale construction.
