BLEC is requesting Targeted social media (Facebook/Instagram) on pedestrian walk, and bike safety in English and Spanish, Digital Ads, Television commericials (40, 30-second commericials), flyers, and graphic design work & development for television/social media for advertising from April 2025 to September 2025
(1) Evidence of the marketing/media agency’s qualifications (2) Background and experience in marketing (3) Names and qualifications of staff assigned to the project; (4) YOur understanding of the work to be completed; (5) A detailed workplan, timelines and tasks to be carried out by agency; and (6) An itemize & total cost estimate for work to be completed.
