The City of West Sacramento is accepting sealed responses for Corpyard Phase II - Connex Storage Containers to be received no later than Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 2:00 pm .

West Sacramento is a vibrant riverfront community in Northern California with a population of approximately 53,000. The current Corporation Yard (“Corpyard”) site along South River Road has been designated for Waterfront Mixed-Use since the adoption of the City’s General Plan. As a result, Corpyard operations are being relocated to a new 12.42-acre site at 4300 West Capitol Avenue.
The new facility includes 14 Connex containers with electrical service. All underground infrastructure has been completed and is designed to accommodate additional future units.
To support ongoing operational needs, the City iseeks to add three (3) additional Connex containers, consisting of two (2) 40-foot units and one (1) 20-foot HAZMAT unit. These units will be integrated into the existing series of containers and connected to the current electrical system. Work includes placement of the containers and extension of approximately 50 linear feet of electrical conduit/runway to provide power from the existing source.
