Vendors must deliver improved navigation, advanced search capabilities, and seamless integration of self-service tools that reduce call center demand. The solution must meet security and compliance standards, align with industry best practices, and employ a minimal, modern theme that illustrates WSSC Water as a trusted anchor institution and community partner. The design should authentically showcase Team H2O as real, approachable, and customer-focused professionals. As part of development, the selected supplier will be expected to assess customer and stakeholder feedback, identify pain points, and propose solutions that enhance usability and overall satisfaction.
