The solicitation number is 36C25625Q0852_1 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The proposed contract action is for Durable/Home Medical Equipment/Accessories for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-01). Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted.
Fully licensed company shall provide for the New Orleans VA Medical Center, 2400 Canal St. New Orleans, LA RESPONSES ARE DUE Monday, Monday, May 12, 2025, by 3:00 p.m. CD. Quotes are due electronically to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov no later than the response date listed on FBO. Only electronic quotes will be considered.
