Description:

The City of Fort Walton Beach is seeking proposals for providing copier equipment on a 4-year lease basis and print services for the City. The City desires to piggyback off an existing cooperative agreement which has been awarded through a competitive bid process and is currently active.

The City will only consider equipment, services, pricing, terms, and conditions that have been competitively bid and awarded (i.e State of FL contracts, cooperative agreements such as Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners or NASPO, or agreements awarded by other government entities through ITBs or RFPs which specifically allows piggybacking.
