Batesville School District (BSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide, install, and support multifunction copiers and desktop printers across district facilities. This RFP is to evaluate vendors for cost-effective, high-quality printing, copying, and scanning capabilities.
Proposal Due Date: November 10, 2025

Batesville High School
Batesville Junior High
Eagle Mountain Elementary
West Elementary
Sulphur Rock Elementary
Administrative Offices and Support Facilities
Scope of Work:
Lease or purchase options for copiers and printers
Delivery, installation, configuration, and training
Maintenance, repairs, and supply replacement
Secure print and scan-to-email integration
Proposal Submission Requirements:

Pricing (lease, per-click, overages)
