Synopsis:

|
The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) is seeking an experienced and reputable architectural consulting firm to lead a design team and work collaborative with the Ministry of Finance (MoF) to deliver a project on time and on budget. Cooper Place building is located on 2350 Albert Street in Regina which requires interior renovations on the six (6) separate floors.

To fully understand the scope of the requirements, it is encouraged that Proponents attend an in-person site visit before submitting a proposal. Pre-Proposal site visit is scheduled for August 5, 2025. Proponents are requested to meet in the main lobby of Cooper Place at 2350 Broad Street. Please be advised that the Pre-Proposal site visit is not mandatory but highly recommended.
