Cooling Tower Replacement

INVITATION TO BID The Solanco School District, Quarryville, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania will receive bids for Cooling Tower Replacement at Quarryville Elementary School. Bids will be received until May 2, 2024 at 2:00 P.M., prevailing time. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “Cooling Tower Replacement at Quarryville Elementary School” and delivered to the Solanco School District Business Office, 121 South Hess Street, Quarryville, PA 17566, attention of Sandy Tucker, Business Manager. The bid opening will take place on May 2, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Solanco School District Administrative Office. The bids will be publicly opened and read. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of the actual opening of bids. Solanco School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, and to make the award that is determined to be in the best interest of the District. Electronic Bidding Documents may be secured by bona-fide bidders on or after April 19, 2024. All Bidders are required to obtain Bid Documents through Moore Engineering Company or their bids can be rejected. Bidders must call (717)285-3141 to request the bid documents.
