OUC’s District Cooling is seeking a qualified Contractor to replace the cooling tower film fill material, drift eliminators, louvers, and refurbish other components within the Marley crossflow Cooling Towers installed at Downtown West Central Energy Plant (CEP).

The Waiver is per attendee, not per firm; therefore, each attendee must complete the Waiver in order to participate in the site visit. All questions asked during the walkthrough must be submitted to the Buyer of Record via email (JMclester@ouc.com).
