|
The City of Fitchburg is seeking qualified bidders to provide construction services for a 60-foot by 90-foot hot mix asphalt surface. Work is to included earth excavation, installation of crushed stone for sub-base, fine grading and compacting, and paving of a surface and binder course.
General Contractor Bids will be received at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, Fitchburg Municipal Offices, 718 Main Street, Fitchburg, MA until August 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and at that time and place publicly opened and recorded.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, 39m, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City of Fitchburg reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, or to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part.
