Coolidge Park Concrete Pad

The City of Fitchburg invites sealed bids for the installation of a concrete pad at Coolidge Park. Bids will be received until March 4 ^th , 2025 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place publicly opened and recorded.

A bid deposit of at least five percent (5%) of the total project is required. A Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the sum of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of the successful Bidder. Project is subject to compliance with prevailing wage requirements.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30 §39M, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the scope of work and to negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on February 20 ^th , 2025 at 10:00 AM and Coolidge Park in Fitchburg MA 01420. Bidders shall examine all information and materials contained in and with this solicitation. Failure to do so shall be at the bidder’s risk.
