until Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 2pm in the City Manager’s office of Cookeville City Hall located at 45 East Broad Street in Cookeville TN 38501.
All bids should be sent or delivered to the address above with the following clearly labeled on the outside of the envelope or package:

Pre-Bid Conference: 2:00 PM CT, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at the project site in the
Jeff Littrell Conference Room on the lower level of City Hall.
