Description
2-deck design. Each oven heated with 1 burner. Electronic spark igniters. Stainless steel front, sides, top, and legs. Top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors made of non-sagging insulation. Porcelain enamel is integrated into the oven. 2 independently operated stainless steel doors with double-pane windows. 10 nickel-plated oven racks (5 per section). 11-position nickel-plated rack guides with positive rack stops in each section. Solid-state temperature controls adjust from 150-500 degrees F. 60-minute timer with audible alarm. 2-speed, 1/2-horsepower motor. Rapid cool switch for oven cooldown. Supported by 8-in. legs. motor. 40 � inch W x 40-inch D (includes motor and door handles). 120/60/1 with 6 ft. cord and plug; 7.7 amps per section; 15.4 amps total draw. 50,000 BTU/hr. burner per section, 100,000 BTU total. LP (Propane) Gas. 1-year Limited Against Defects in Material and Workmanship; 90-day Replacement Parts. Delivery to West Point NY 10996. Removal of current convection oven. Installation and start-up of new convection oven.
