DOF is seeking a contractor to furnish and deliver controlled pollination and cutting catkins pollen of Loblolly pine trees at the New Kent Forestry center. DOF will accept bids from contractors who have at least two prior yearsâ experience in Loblolly pine controlled pollination in a seed orchard setting. DOF reserves the right to request a list of prior contract POCs to verify contractor experience and will reject any bids from contractors lacking the requisite amount or type of experience.
