1. Bid 25-004 “2025 CONTRACTUAL MOWING”. The City of Elgin is seeking bids for the maintenance of the grounds of properties in various locations within the limits of the City of Elgin, Illinois. All bids must be entered into the City of Elgin’s web portal at https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx no later than February 20, 2025 at 3:00 pm. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 10 am at the Elgin City Hall, 150 Dexter Court Elgin IL 60120 in 2 ^nd Floor South Conference Room.
