The Humphreys County Board of Supervisors is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) which
seeks sealed, competitive bids for a contractor to monitor, oversee and manage the removal of
debris caused by Winter Storm Fern in Humphreys County, Mississippi.
This RFP may be picked up by any interested contractors at the Humphreys County Chancery
Clerkâs Office, 148 Castleman Street, Belzoni, Mississippi or by emailing the Chancery Clerk
Mack Liddell. His email address is mliddell@humphreyscounty.org .
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted in the manner described in the
RFP no later than 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2026. Any proposal submitted after that time will be
rejected as being untimely. All timely and properly submitted proposals will be opened and
considered at 2:00 p.m. on April 28, 2026.
