The PASCAGOULA-GAUTIER SCHOOL DISTRICT will receive SEALED BIDS until 11:00 a.m. on
Wednesday, May 13, 2026 in the Instructional Administrative Services Center, 1006 Communy
Ave, Pascagoula, MS 39567 for the following:
CONTRACTOR SERVICE FEE FOR DIESEL FUEL
BID NO. 608-26
The bid is for the Contractor Service Fee, which includes applicable freight/delivery charges and
is to be presented in the form of the number of cents above Refinery Rack Price at the Mobile,
AL Terminal for OPIS Low as posted on the OPIS Standard Rack Price Sheet, for the timeframe of
July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

through the U.S. Mail are done so at the risk of the prospective bidder; the district is NOT
responsible for submissions that arrive in the mail after the designated time. Mailed or delivered
