NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract CONTRACTED SECURITY OFFICERS 25-89-OHSEM on or before August 7, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com . All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The County of DuPage (“County”) is seeking a qualified bidder to provide contract security officers for the DuPage County Campus (“County Campus”). The awarded bidder personnel shall be responsible for providing security for areas of the County Campus outside the jurisdiction of DuPage County Sheriff that is required by law. The awarded bidder shall be able to balance the County’s security needs with the county’s goal of providing an open and inviting environment for the public it serves.
