The intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for Contracted Professional Development Services.
Proposers finding errors, requests for additional information, omissions, or corrections that need to be made in
these document specifications shall submit in IonWave before 2pm CST on April 22, 2026. Addenda (If required) will be posted April 29, 2026 by 2pm.
This RFP will open twice each year for an additional Fall and a Spring award.
Contract Terms:
Set for June 2026 Board approval
Initial Contract will begin July 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027 with the option, upon both parties approval, for an additional one (1) year extension with the final contract ending August 31, 2028.
NCISD reserves the right to award to a single exclusive vendor or to multiple vendors as determined through the proposal evaluation process. NCISD reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions, scope of work, prices, and any other terms prior to the award.
