CONTRACT WW-EQUIP-06-25 - Furnishing and Delivery of Diffuser and Cleanout Riser Pipes for Various Ocean Outfall Locations

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be received by the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority, 1523 Route 9 North, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, up to 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at which time the Bids will be publicly unsealed and the contents announced for the following: CONTRACT WW-EQUIP-06-25 - Furnishing and Delivery of Diffuser and Cleanout Riser Pipes for Various Ocean Outfall Locations

All bid documents are available for download upon completion of Vendor registration or can be made available by contacting the CMCMUA at info@cmcmua.com .

All Bids will be unsealed and contents announced by electronic means, and as such, members of the public may view this event, by YouTube Livestream at: https://www.youtube.com/@cmcmua/streams . To maintain social distancing measures, members of the public physically present in the CMCMUA’s Administration Building to witness the unsealing of submitted Bids will view the event by YouTube Livestream in the CMCMUA’s Public Meeting Room. Bids documents will be made available to attendees for inspection after the Bids and/or RFPs scheduled for the day have been opened.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and of N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.

The Authority reserves the right, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, to reject all bids as permitted by this Statute.
