Sealed Bids for Pressure Tank Installation- Contract 5 will be received by Arlington
Community Water Association herein called the “Owner”, at the Office of Clearpoint
Consulting Engineers located at 1051 Jackson Road, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 until 10:30 AM,
(Local Time) on Feb 12, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Grant (RWAIG). Neither the State of Mississippi, the Local Governments and Rural Water
Systems Improvements Board, nor any of their employees is or will be a party to this invitation
for bids or any resulting or related contracts. This procurement will be subject to all applicable
sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as they apply to local governments, in
accordance with RWAIG Program Regulations.

2 of the US Treasury State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds Compliance and Reporting
