Amendment 0003 is issued to respond to vendor questions. See the attached Q&A document and updated CSS and SOW. Note that we received a large number of repetitive questions. If you don't see your specific question, the answer should be in the Q&A under a similar question. The Solicitation and SOW have been updated to clarify some parts that came up in the questions (highlighted in red)
