Contract and Specifications For the Roof Replacement Electrical Panel upgrade, and Foundation repair

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the requirements of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, the Town of Rush will receive sealed bids for a contract for public works for basic reconstruction renovation of the roof, foundation and upgrade to electrical panel to Building 7 (Horse Barn) at 6565 East River Road, Rush New York 14543. Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Rush Town Clerk until 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 18th, 2024. At such a time bids will be opened and read aloud by the Town Supervisor and Town Clerk by designation of the Town Board. We request any interested parties attend a walk-thru on site at 6565 East River Road, Rush New York 14543 on Wednesday, December 4th at 9:00 AM.
Said bid items to be submitted in accordance with the Specifications and Instructions to Bidders, which are available from the undersigned at the Rush Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
