Project Description: NOTICE – ADVERTISEMENT CROSSOVER ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR SMITH TOWNSHIP, WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) by Smith Township until 2:00 PM prevailing time, Friday, July 10, 2026, for the following project:

All bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net.
Bids shall be opened shortly thereafter with the results made available via PennBid.
A Non Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM on site at the intersection of Crossover Road, Maple Grove Road, and Station Street in Bulger, Smith Township, PA 15019. Latitude and longitude coordinates are N40.398254, W80.342998.
Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Smith Township, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statues of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance.
The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids were opened.
The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
