Project Description: INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066-6499, will accept sealed bids for the following contracts:
General Construction - 24-14.01 Plumbing & Fire Protection Construction - 24-14.02 HVAC Construction - 24-14.03 Electrical Construction - 24-14.04

Cranberry Highlands Golf Course Clubhouse Renovation
The project consists of renovations to the main event room, new metal roofing system, concrete patio and sidewalks, restroom upgrades, installation of a new fire suppression system and upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents.
Bidding documents are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Proposals shall be submitted upon forms provided by the Township.
Bids will be received electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at which time the bids will be opened, with the results made available on PennBid. Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non-responsive.
Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the “Messages” feature within PennBid.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township.
All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening.
Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid.
The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
Scheduled Site Visit: There will be a pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 9:00 AM. Please plan to meet at Cranberry Highlands Golf Course. If not attending the pre-bid meeting, bidders are responsible to visit the site to examine the location and existing conditions of the project.
