This project has been withdrawn from the January 20, 2026 letting. The advertisement

has been extended and bids will be received and read on February 17, 2026, at 2:00

P.M.

An addendum is forthcoming.

Please delete your existing EBSX file (20Jan004.EBSX) and download the new file

(17Feb001.EBSX).

If you have registered for the Interested Parties List, NCDOT will move that registration

from January to February. Please verify before February 16, 2026, that you are still

registered. If you have not registered, registration must be completed on or before

February 16, 2026, for your bid to be accepted and read.
