The East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of its Contract Equity Program (CEP). The CEP is a supplier diversity program aimed at increasing the participation of small, local, minority, LGBTQIA, Disabled Veteran, and women-owned business enterprises in EBMUD's contracting opportunities. This evaluation will cover the past ten years of the program’s outcomes, assess current practices, and provide recommendations for future improvements.

Please respond to this RFP no later than 2 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2024. Completed proposal should be submitted electronically (emailed) to: contract.equity@ebmud.com .
