Contract Dining Facility Food Service

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Enforcement personnel intend to utilize the Contract Dining Facility (CDF), operated by vendor Southern Premier Foodservice. This purchase has been deemed a single source due to the CDF being able to service meals to a large number of personnel within a reasonable timeframe saving additional time due to the limited number of hours for the annual Spring In-Service Training being held in Camp Ripley. The food service consists of breakfast 4/6-4/10/2026 and 4/27-5/1/2026. Lunch 4/6, 4/8, 4/10, 4/27, 4/29, and 5/1/2026; Dinner on 4/6-4/9/2026 and 4/27-4/30/2026. Total number of meals will be 1,400 and total price of $15,157.00 served cafeteria style offering a variety of menu items that change daily.
