ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed bids for CONTRACT 1 - CONSTRUCTION OF A GROUND STORAGE TANK AND CONTRACT 2 - CONSTRUCTION OF A WATER TREATMENT FACILITY, will be received by the City of Trumann at Trumann City Hall, 825 Hwy. 463 North, Trumann, AR 72472, until 10:00 o’clock A.M., on March 31, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations:

Copies of the Contract Documents should be obtained at the office of MILLER NEWELL ENGINEERS, 510 Third Street, Newport, Arkansas 72ll2, upon the payment of $150 for each set. Successful bidders will be refunded $75 upon return of the Contract Documents in usable condition within 14 days after receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
In accordance with Act 150 of 1965, as amended, all bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Contractors.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
