NOTICE OF ADDENDUM NO. 1

To:  All Prospective Responders for this Project

Re:  Notice of Addendum No. 1

Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended by Addendum No. 1.  A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by contacting Ms. Lisa Bresemann at 973-340-4315 or via email at lbresemann@pvwc.com with the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).  The Bidders will be provided with a copy of the Contract Documents via email.  Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner will also be forwarded a copy of the Addendum.

TIME EXTENSION FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS

This addendum changes the date for receipt of Bids to Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM.

ADDENDUM #1

Bidders are advised that the original Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended as noted in this Addendum No. 1. This Addendum shall become part of the Contract Documents and is to be attached thereto. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on page P-11 of the Bid Documents.

Delete the first sentence on Page I-1 in its entirety and in its place insert the following:

Sealed bids for performing the Contract identified below will be received by the Passaic Valley Water Commission, at its offices located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey, on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time, at which time and place said bids will be publicly opened and read.
