Continuum of Care Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Training and Technical Assistance

The Napa County Department of Housing & Homeless Services (DHHS) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide two scopes of technical assistance the Napa City & County Continuum of Care (CoC) and to the County of Napa related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) training. The first scope of work is for overall DEIB training focused on how homeless services providers foster an inclusive and equitable environment for all persons served in Napa County. The training should highlight the interrelationship between homelessness and issues related to race and other forms of marginalization, and provide common language and a framework for evaluating the impact of DEIB efforts ensure the Napa City and County CoC is addressing the concerns of those most marginalized within the broader Napa County community. The second scope of work is to support Napa County with developing, implementing and providing technical assistance to a DEIB subcommittee of the CoC. This technical assistance will provide intensive support for one year with the development of n subcommittee purpose, framework and goals as well as long-term training and evaluation framework.
